About Me

My name is Alex Harris, an Impressionist Visual Artist born in La Romana, Dominican Republic, in 1957. I graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, the first university of the Americas, in 2006.

Inspired by the beauty of nature, I find endless fascination in the sea, sunlight, and the vivid palette of colors that surround us. My work reflects my deep connection with the environment and my passion for preserving its harmony and splendor.

Each of my paintings is a personal expression — a dialogue between light, color, and emotion that reveals my vision of the world.
